2018 Learning Impact Leadership Institute

Education institutions face the challenge of rapidly adopting new technologies to support teaching and learning needs while also reviewing these technologies to ensure the security of student data, privacy, and other critical technical and legal considerations. Both K-12 districts and higher ed institutions have a strong desire to streamline the "app vetting" process as much as possible by collaborating with like-minded institutions and using a common set of criteria. This session will provide an update on the IMS projects to build a collaborative environment to address these needs and provide opportunities for institutions to join along.
