We are now experiencing an unprecedented increase in the adoption of Open Educational Resources (OER) at the state and district level. This means that there is a growing demand for SEA teams to work together to curate and deliver OER materials for use in the classroom. In this presentation, Elizabeth Neuman of Wisconsin’s Department of Public Instruction is joined by Michelle Brennan, ISKME’s Information Services Manager, to discuss how Wisconsin is working to provide educators with high-quality collections of OER with an open library platform (OER Commons) that provides the ability for educators to actively contribute through individual and collaborative content curation, submission, evaluation, and alignment.
